Now would be the time to be able to train EMS practitionners... Create different levels !? I dont know if germany uses EMR/EMT's (B-I-P) but it could be used to improve time on scene...

For realism, maybe re-think the way the timer works for EMS calls... Being a paramedic, I never call for 9 ambulances and a chopper plus an ALS for a Stroke/TIA...

Proposition:
- Certain type of calls would be improved with sending EMR (first responders, Cardiac Arrests and such...)and some other would require only basic practitioners.
-Would sometime require higher medical authority on Scene such as a EMT-P or an On-Scene Physician
-All EMS calls could finish with transportation
-The timer ends when the "patient" is in hospital.

Would add realism... Incentive to construct more hospitals... Like Fire calls: you would have to use judgement in regards to the type of resources you dispatch... Integrate the fire department as I think FD is used in Germany for EMS calls also!?

Things are done much differently in Germany than, here, this has been brought up in other suggestions, as we would all like the EMS Academy. And like executioner says, this game takes some form of imagination to play. Although I do like the more patient transports, I agree. But in Germany you normally get a field doctor, so time on scene is much longer than in the U.S, because he does a lot more on scene care than you would get in the U.S. But I do like your idea so I will +1
Hey!
You're talkin' to a Canadian Smile !

The canadian fire service does'nt include much EMS generally but there's a FEW exceptions... From East/West, you should have enough of both your hands to count the # of organization that carry fire and EMS transportation duties... I do the paramedic thing as a part timer in a dept. that really struggles to have members...

That being said, at my primary employment (Fire), I work with a guy that was working as an Ambulance Team leader for the "????Ć«jnen" fire department and that FF were used to provide EMS services from response to transportation... They were usually dispatched to medicals and whenever a life/limb threatning call came in, the emergency physician was dispatched alongside...

I understand my proposition look a lot like US... Being a FF/first responder in a city where the EMS dept. provides Advanced Life Support, we do the "stay 'n' play" quite a bit...

I believe that my proposition still makes sense:
- Maybe include training that would make responders more efficient on a scene (Timer wise)
- Requires a type of medical "specialist" on scene to complete a call
- Major calls, a least, should end up with transportation...

On a side note, you can transport a patient on "traffic accident (patient trapped)" even if tje RW GKW (rescues) are not on scene...

Still: great game,I enjjoy playing it for almost a year now... I have no clue about computer programming whatsoever so I do not have a clear idea of what my proposition represent as far as coding/development...

Thanks for that game, that I'm playing for free...

LOL well I still give it a +1, I do like the idea.
