Personnel per Station
How is the number of personnel determined? I have two stations w/same number of apparatus (1-LF10, 1-16LF, 1-DLK). One station has 37 Firefighters, the other has 100. I almost always do the Application process at the same time citywide.

Now that we have the Fire Academy, personnel seems more critical to keep apparatus available; so it made me curious.

Thanks,

Ah OK Thanks. Wasn't sure how it worked.

RE: Personnel per Station
Usually you get one new staff member per appliction phase (how long it takes is random).
However, a while back there was a bug where the appliction phases did not end, and this caused some exess staff in some stations.

I deleted my guess, since it was very inaccurate Tongue

RE: Personnel per Station
Thanks. Was curious how it worked. Some stations had quite a few while others had fewer.

I'm guessing I want to have at least a few times for people than apparatus to keep them fresh (shifts).
